Terms & conditions

Effective May 8, 2026. By using MedSalve you agree to the terms below. These cover the showcase template and any production deployment based on it.

1. Acceptance of terms

Accessing MedSalve constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Operators acting on behalf of a pharmacy bind that pharmacy to these terms.

2. Permitted use

MedSalve is provided as a frontend showcase template. Use the software in good faith for legitimate pharmacy operations. Do not attempt to bypass role-based access controls or audit trails in a production deployment.

3. Clinical responsibility

MedSalve is a tooling layer; it does not provide clinical advice. The pharmacist of record remains responsible for prescription verification, dispensing decisions and patient counseling. Always cross-reference clinical data with primary sources where required.

4. Account responsibility

Operators are responsible for the security of their credentials. Notify the administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Shared accounts are not permitted in production use.

5. Payments and billing

Where MedSalve is operated commercially, fees are governed by the operating pharmacy's payment terms. Refunds for over-the- counter purchases follow the pharmacy's posted policy.

6. Service availability

We strive for uninterrupted access but do not guarantee absolute uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary outages.

7. Intellectual property

The MedSalve template, including its source code, visual language and component library, is the work of the developer credited on the About developer page. All rights reserved. Mock data and brand names referenced in the showcase belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of MedSalve. The total liability is capped at the fees paid for the showcase or deployment in the preceding twelve months.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operating pharmacy's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation, and failing that, the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be raised via the About developer page. The latest version of this document is always available from the public footer.
